At MyRaces.Live (operated by Earlybird Racing LLC), we prioritize your privacy and the security of your data. This policy outlines how we handle the personal information you provide when creating and managing an account on our platform and when streaming through our platform.

To provide our services, we collect the following personal information:

Streaming Data: Third-party Live Stream Keys (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Facebook) provided by you to enable multi-streaming.

Google User Data: If you choose to connect your Google account, we collect OAuth tokens and channel metadata necessary to manage your live streams.
3. YouTube & Google API Integration
MyRaces.Live uses YouTube API Services to allow you to manage live streams directly from our interface.

Data Access: We access your YouTube channel to schedule, start, and stop live stream events.

Data Storage: We store encrypted OAuth tokens to perform actions on your behalf. We do not store your Google password.

Google API Disclosure: MyRaces.Live’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use your data
Your data is used strictly for:

Authenticating your identity and providing access to the MyRaces.Live portal.

Broadcasting your video streams to your custom RTMP destinations.

Managing YouTube live events as requested by you via our portal.

Zero Third-Party Sales: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google user data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements.
5. Security & Storage

Passwords, Stream Keys & Tokens: Stored hashed (passwords) and encrypted (stream keys & tokens) in a restricted-access database with strict server-side access controls.

Data Minimization: We only request the minimum permissions (scopes) necessary to provide the streaming services you initiate.
6. Data Retention and Deletion

Account Control: You can update your profile information at any time via your account settings.

Full Deletion: If you delete your MyRaces.Live account, we permanently remove your email, username, stream keys, and OAuth tokens from our active databases.

Revoking Google Access: You may disconnect your YouTube account within our portal at any time. You can also revoke access via the Google Security Settings page.
7. Third-Party Terms
By using our integration with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
