Welcome to the MyRaces.Live platform, operated by Earlybird Racing LLC ("Earlybird Racing", "we", "us", or "our"). We are thrilled to have you join our community. To ensure an optimal experience, we have established these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.
About our Services
MyRaces.Live is a platform that allows users ("User", "you", or "your") to schedule and manage live video streams from inside their race cars. Our services integrate with YouTube API Services to facilitate the broadcast of your racing content directly to the MyRaces.Live YouTube channel or other designated social media destinations (Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, etc).
Default Live Stream Destination
By using our platform to go live, you specifically acknowledge and agree to the following:

Channel Destination: Your content will be broadcast to and hosted on the MyRaces.Live YouTube channel.

Visibility Options: When scheduling a stream, you choose the visibility settings for your broadcast (Public, Unlisted, or Private). We will strictly adhere to the setting you select at the time of scheduling and optional update later when the stream is live.

Content Control: You may change the visibility of your archived streams at any time through the MyRaces.Live portal, or by contacting our support team to request a manual change on your behalf.

YouTube Terms: By using our platform, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
Multistreaming & Third-Party Destinations
In addition to streaming to YouTube, MyRaces.Live allows you to "Restream" or "Multistream" your racing content to third-party platforms including, but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitch. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Platform Terms: You agree to abide by the respective Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of each platform you connect to (e.g., Facebook Terms, Twitch Terms, and Instagram Terms).

Connected Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the "Stream Keys" or OAuth connections for these third-party accounts. MyRaces.Live acts only as a technical relay for your content.

Simultaneous Broadcasting: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of "Multistreaming" does not violate any exclusivity agreements you may have with specific platforms (such as Twitch Affiliate or Partner contracts).

Content Synchronization: While MyRaces.Live attempts to synchronize your visibility settings across all platforms, you acknowledge that technical limitations of third-party APIs may result in varying privacy levels across different destinations.
Intellectual Property Rights
When you live stream content with public visibility to our platform ("User Content"), you grant Earlybird Racing LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content. This includes the right to create derivative works (such as highlights and video clips) which become our exclusive property. While you retain the rights to the original raw footage, the broadcasted version on our channel remains subject to these licensing terms.
Liability and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of your broadcasts. Earlybird Racing LLC provides these services "as-is." We are not responsible for stream interruptions due to technical failures of the stream destination platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc). You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to broadcast the content you provide.
Data Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. Our use of your data when using our platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
