When your stream is live, you'll probably be busy racing (or waiting nervously in the car to go racing) so you may want to ask someone in your team, or a friend that came to watch, to keep an eye on your stream and help with these small things that will keep your online audience up to date and engaged!
Note:
All of these tasks require access to the portal, so make sure you create a login and password that you feel comfortable sharing with whoever you will delegate this to.
Updating your drivers (endurance races)
If you're doing an endurance race, chances are that there's more than one driver. You'll want to make sure someone is taking care of updating the current driver so that Alice's incredible last-minute pass is not attributed to Bob because his name is still showing up as the current driver.
Select your stream>My Team>Click the "edit" icon located on the top right.
Making sure the race data is updating
Sometimes, the race information is planned to come from race app X, but then, race app X has some hick-ups so the race organizer decides to share the race results on race app Y last minute. Well, if you had set up the stream to use race app X as a source, you'll need someone to update the stream to race app Y.
Select your stream>Race Event>Click the "edit" icon located on the top right.
Pausing the stream
Before or in between races or practice sessions, it may be a good idea to "pause" your stream, which will hide the video until you "resume" it when you're back on track. When you pause the stream, you can send custom messages to your audience such as:
"We'll be back at 2PM PST"
"We're fixing the car after Bob crashed the car in turn 2, stay tuned"
Select your stream>Streaming Info>Click the "Pause" button and type in your message.
Don't forget to resume as you head back to the track!

Changing the stream visibility
By default, we'd love for everyone to watch your race, so the stream's default visibility is set to "public". If you prefer to keep your audience limited, you can change the stream visibility to "unlisted" and only share the link with your audience.
If you ever need to make the video private, you can do so by updating the visibility to "private" in which case nobody, not even you, will be able to access the video.
Select your stream>Streaming Info>Click the edit icon located on the top right.
